Upgrade StorageZotero icon is missing from Word

I have Zotero in my Windows laptop and I did not use it for a few months. Suddently, I can see 'Zotero' icon is missing from MS-Word. I have my library and want to use it in a new word document but failed. I need your help.
I have shutdown my laptop but still it is same..
