I have downloaded and installed Zotero on a new computer, PC. I can see my library. I am not able to"Add Citation" because it doesn't appear in the toolbar. I saw something in another email, am I not supposed to be looking for the "Z" in the toolbar at the top of the screen?
I'm looking at my word processor. I'm not new to Zotero. I've been using it for 4 years. It's new to my new computer and I can't get it to add citations to my disssertation
If you're still having trouble, say exactly what you tried and what happened. We'd also need to know what word processor (I assume Word?) and what version.

"Add/Edit Citation" is a button that appears in your word processor.
