Please let me know the method to merge all annotations from multiple pdf file in one file..

I need to do that kind of annotations merging.
I have multiple references having the same PDF document as an attachment (duplicated) and I'd like to delete a duplicated reference while merging its annotations into the reference's PDF I want to keep.
