Full citation for footnotes?

Hi-I'm new to Zotero. I can't seem to set up the preferences so that I get a full citation for my footnotes (author, article title, journal title, volume, number, pages). Only the author and the title are included in the citation. Thanks for your help.
  • Question of citation style -- use Chicago (full note) to get full citations the first time you cite an item.
  • I have it set to that, but I am still getting the abridged citation.
  • How are you citing exactly, how does a sample citation look like, where/how did you set the citation style?
  • Under export, I have it set for Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note). Here is what appears:
    Nash, The Urban Crucible.
  • That isn’t where you need to change the style for a specific Word document. Instead, change the style using the Document Preferences button in the Zotero tab in Word.
  • Thanks so much! That fixed it.
