Full citation for footnotes?

Hi-I'm new to Zotero. I can't seem to set up the preferences so that I get a full citation for my footnotes (author, article title, journal title, volume, number, pages). Only the author and the title are included in the citation. Thanks for your help.

Question of citation style -- use Chicago (full note) to get full citations the first time you cite an item.

I have it set to that, but I am still getting the abridged citation.

How are you citing exactly, how does a sample citation look like, where/how did you set the citation style?

Under export, I have it set for Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note). Here is what appears:
Nash, The Urban Crucible.

That isn’t where you need to change the style for a specific Word document. Instead, change the style using the Document Preferences button in the Zotero tab in Word.
