Hi, thanks for your answer. When I try to introduce a reference, it appears the followin box:

El código de campo de Zotero correspondiente a esta cita, que le dice a Zotero qué elemnto de tu biblioteca representa esta cita, se ha corrompido. ¿Te gustaría volver a seleccionar el elemento?
Al hacer clic en “no” borrarás los códigos de campo para las citas que contienen este elemnto, preservando el texto de la cita pero borrándolo potencialmente de tu bibliografía

and what happens when you click yes and re-select the citation? (feel free to continue in Spanish if that's easier for you)

Muchas gracias! No sucede nada. Si doy la opción Si, nuevamente aparece la misma caja.

Do you have a bibliography in that document? Could you try completely deleting it and see if that helps?

If not or that doesn't help, I think best bet is to run through https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents

En realidad este problema ocurre solo con un archivo específico. Si uso zotero en otro archivo de Word no tengo problema.
