Upgrade Storagefreepatentsonline translator broken
Scraping patents from freepatentsonline.com results in an error and no addition to the library. This is tested on Chrome 70 and Firefox 63 running under OSX. The connector correctly identifies the list of patents to be be translated as well as the intended collection. It does not, however, add the patents to the collection.
Scraping patents works correctly for patents listed by Google Patents and by USPTO.gov.
This suggests that the problem is with the translator.
