Upgrade StorageMinor interface adjustment

Is there a way for the user to make some minor interface adjustments?
I was thinking of resizing some of Zotero's forms, text box etc. the main problem on my side is that titles results retrieved within Word 2007 are shown in a tiny inconvenient window that cannot be resized.
