    There are no Zotero errors in that error report. Make sure you send the report after the error occurs and before restarting Firefox. If in doubt, hover your mouse over the sync error icon and view the message.

    Aha. Your help panel "Welcome to the Zotero" should point out to users that these error message exist.

    Turns out an abstract was enormously longer than the field. Perhaps an error message upon saving the field would help avoid this problem.

    Is it really "the Zotero," like "the entropy?"
