Plug-in not capturing call numbers from Primo

We recently migrated to the Primo platform for our library catalog. I have the most recent version of the Zotero plug-in installed and when I use it to capture catalog records, the call number field is not populated. I noticed this is the case for many Primo instances, but did come across a few for which it works (Boston University library, for example).

I tried in both Firefox and Chrome.

Does anyone know why this would be?
