conversion from Endnote yields BILL item type

Hi! I just moved a faculty member from Endnote to Zotero, and we did and export/import from Endnote. Problem is, half of his journal articles appear as the "bill" item type. Any insights? Thanks, as always!

    Did you use RIS or Endnote XML as the export format?

    RIS--is that where I went wrong? (and wow, thanks for the instantaneous response!)

    No, both should work. Could you/they export only one such item to RIS and then open it in a text editor (NOtepad, TextEdit) and paste the content here?
