Upgrade StorageWord add-on not working
Hi,
I have been using zotero for a research assignment due this Wednesday and the add-on disappeared from the ribbon. I have been through all the troubleshooting on the website including trying to manually instal the add-on and reinstalling zotero 4 times. I have even tried installing zotero on another computer and am having the same problem. Any suggestions as I am desperately trying to complete my paper

dstillmanFollow the steps on the troubleshooting page and let us know exactly what you've tried and what happened at each step. (You said some of this but we need everything you did and everything you saw.)

shogueHi, I sent the steps though to your email I think but have been playing around with it a bit more this morning and now have it installed. I needed to go to the developer tab on Word, then to Word Add-ins and then find the zotero.dotm file in the app Data on my laptop. Interestingly I tried this yesterday but it didn't work. It worked this morning.
