In particular, we need the two specific references asked for there (Campbell/Pedersen and Mares), not any two random references. We also need a link to a freely available recent of the journal.
This is a Springer journal with a style similar to but not exactly like the other Springer styles. I am wondering whether these author guidelines are wrong and the journal in fact just uses one of Springer’s main styles.
