Error at connection of Word 2018 Mac to Zotero

Just want to make a citation but the connection from Word (Mac) to Zotero didn't work.

--> this message appears :

The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1743.) @[getDocument:application.m:83]

Can anybody help ?

Update to the latest version of Zotero

I have the latest version of Zotero. The problem did come with the new version

You're using 5.0.56. Upgrade to 5.0.57, which should show a message that explains how to fix this.

(This happened because you declined a permissions request that Zotero needs to work with Word in Mojave. 5.0.57 adds clearer messaging for this.)
