Add citation Z-search pop-up is not showing

After created library, I was trying to insert references to a Word document following the online tutoring video. After I selected the style Vancouver, it went back to Word document without doing anything, no error messages. Based on the online tutoring video, there should be a pup-op with big red Z at beginning of the search box, where I can search the document from the library. Does anyone know where to looking for the clue?
I am using Zotero 5.0.56, Chrome 69.0.3497.100, Microsoft Word 2010.

Is there a way to load screen shots?

    When you type Alt+Tab, do you see the Zotero pop up in the list of open Windows? What about if you click on the Zotero icon in the task bar (next to the start menu)?

    @bwiernik, thanks for replying my inquiry.
    Yes, the search bar is showing up now. I had too many application opened at that time.
    I reboot my computer as well.
