Cannot register new account!
I am trying to create a new account for my institution's internal e-library, which will be turned into a paid account to accomodate a few gigs of data.
I fill out all fields and everything checks out green, also captcha is checking. The desired username is "sounddesign_zhdk".
But when I click the registration button, nothing happens, no response from the server, no loading nothing. Tried with Firefox, Google, on Win10 and Mac OSX, all the same.
I need to fix this soon as we need to have the library working for our students ASAP.

danielhugGot a reply now, solved (issue arises from account email already being used as secondary email of an already existing account).
