Different groups of researchers use one term, let's say "parkinson's disease" whereas others use a different term for the same subject, say "parkinson disease" --- how do I (a) export the results of an advanced search -- abstracts containing parkinson disease but not containing parkinson's disease -- so as to obtain the full group of references for what I personally would call parkinson's disease
