Upgrade StorageMendeley to Zotero import
I am following the directions from this link to export my mendeley library to zotero. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/mendeley_import
I delete the old database, downloaded Mendeley 1.18 and it synced all the citations but it's stuck and not syncing any PDFs from the server. Should I go ahead to import the unencrypted mendeley database to zotero? I have to add all the pdfs later again in zotero right ?

You could of course add them manually after, but that Zotero would take care of that for you if your data and files were fully synced in Mendeley 1.18.
