Add 'Date/Year' metadata field to the Computer Program Citation

APA style requires a publication year for computer software. Currently there is no 'date' metadata field for computer programs, and when you create a APA bibliography it is created with the default publication year of - (n.d)

Thanks noksagt, I did a quick forum search before posting this feature request, but I received too many unrelated 'hits'. Doh - I'll be more thorough next time to make sure that I'm not duplicating a previous bug/request.
