Style Error: Sage Harvard book capitalization

I'm transferring a paper to Sage Harvard and downloaded the most recent citation file. It looks good, except the titles of books are not being capitalized across the title. It's listing more like APA for book titles, only capitalizing the first word of a book title, and the word after a colon.

The style guide I'm following for Sage Harvard can be downloaded from here (scroll to Preparing your manuscript>Formatting your article>{Click on Sage Harvard to download}: https://us.sagepub.com/en-us/nam/manuscript-submission-guidelines#FormattingYourArticle

I'm not confident to edit the coding, and wonder if I'm missing something.
Example from the downloaded style file noted above:

4. Reference styles
Book
Clark JM and Hockey L (1979) Research for Nursing. Leeds: Dobson Publishers.

This example in my current list would show the book title as: Research for nursing.
I checked examples from the journal, and these also would have used, Research for Nursing, with capitals.

Thank you for any help.
