Sync error: "Could not sync My Library -- too many retries"

Hi,
I am a new user. I am getting a sync error: "Could not sync My Library -- too many retries". I have submitted the report - Report ID attached. I have also submitted the debug report: D621330983.

I was able to sync an earlier version. I then added some more groups, and removed some duplicates, but now I am getting the above error.

I have checked database integrity - it says fine.

I have uploaded my database to have it fixed, downloaded the rebuilt database (from https://www.zotero.org/utils/dbfix/?upload=1), and copied it to the appropriate location, but that did not help.

Any other suggestions?

Sorry about that — I believe this was a temporary glitch that should now be fixed. Let us know if not.

Thanks, it is working again. I read another post by someone who had a similar problem, and they suggested going to the web version and adding and removing a few papers, and then trying to sync the desktop version again. Something similar worked for me. Whether this is an unrelated coincidence, causation or correlation, I have no idea.
