Syncing attachments for specific folders

I am unable to pay for the extra storage (poor student) and would like to only sync PDF attachments in specific folders so I may access them with my tablet through ZotDroid. Is this possible?

No, sorry. Your best option would be to use a free WebDAV provider to sync files: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/webdav_services
