Upgrade StorageFile Syncing problems

I've been having trouble getting my files to sync for the last week (since the last update).
There was various issues. First, when it would sync some files, it didn't look like enough data was to be transferred for all the attached files in my library. It would then seem to stop halfway through the upload, with the progress bar going no further.
I thought maybe the files on my remote storage were somehow confusing it, so I thought I'd delete them all and start with a clean storage. I disabled file syncing, deleted the files remotely, re-enabled file syncing (having zotero check the storage and create the zotero folder, which seemed to work fine). I tried then syncing, however it did nothing, so I restarted firefox, and while watching the logs, I saw it grab a few attachements, then it just stopped. The syncing icon is rotating, but nothing is being transferred, and zotero is showing no further progress preparing files for transfer either.
