Zotfile on 2 PCs, one can't find attachments

Hi, I'm using Zotero with Zotfile on 2 Windows Laptops (trying to stop using the old one!) One PC I've just set up (software installed and configured in the last 2 weeks).

Zotero on the new machine can't find my linked attachments, linked using Zotfile and stored in a Dropbox folder.
When I double click an item or attachment it says The attached file could not be found. If I click the "Locate..." button, nothing happens.
The files are all there, in the Dropbox folder, synced to my laptop. I've check and rechecked, and the Zotfile config all seems to be the same as on my old laptop. I've got a green tick in the Zotfile config dialog to indicate it can see the folder, I guess.

All seems to still work as expected on the old laptop.

Is there anything else I can try?

    Make sure you have the Linked Attachment Base Directory in the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences set properly on both computers. If not set on the old computer, you'll need to sync after setting it to transfer the new relative paths to the other computer.
