"Delete automatic tags in this library" is not working

"Delete automatic tags in this library" selection is faded out and not working. I do not want automatic tagging

If it's faded out, there are no automatic tags left in the library.
If you want to turn off that feature for future imports, you can do so from the General pane of the Zotero preferences.
