In-text Citation errors in Word
I have found that certain citations appear in Word incorrectly. Using APA style, the in-text citations for some sources display the authors initials in front of the last name for the first author. In the Zotero preview, the citations are correct. Here is an example:
(J. G. Hill & Dalton, 2013) is what appears in Word.
(Hill & Dalton, 2013) is what appears in the Zotero Style Preview
It only happens for some sources, and I cannot identify anything that seems obviously different about the sources that have errors. Retyping the names in the Zotero Info tab doesn't seem to change anything.

sbirkheaThanks! I think that is a style element that I was unaware of. I think that I understand the description on the help page to mean that I have to ensure that all occurrences of the the authors have the exactly the same first/middle name for this to occur with all sources by the relevant authors. Is that correct?
