Sync sticks on one css file: Error D52727567

Hi,

I'm getting the error message on sync:
"The file 'C:\Users\rferguson\Zotero\storage\QHUWMN2A\aux.css' cannot be created."

1. The permissions are set correctly.
2. I identified the reference in question and deleted it.

The problem persists.

    Have you emptied the Zotero trash?

    Now I have! Emptied trash, restarted, the issue persists.

    Zotero is getting an access-denied error when it tries to write to that file. This can also be due to security software, as the message notes.

    If all else fails, you can just search for QHUWMN2A in All Fields & Tags mode in the Zotero search bar, delete the attachment, and empty the trash, but this might happen with other files until you identify the underlying cause.

    That did the trick! I did not know you could search for the filenames in All Fields & Tags mode - that's a very handy thing to know.
