invalid credentials provided

hi,
i write this request for another personn. She resets her password and now she gets the "invalid credentials provided" message when she attempts to login, even though the password reset was confirmed successful. Please advise

    This is pretty much always a case of using the wrong username/email address (often because someone mistakenly created multiple accounts).

    The username for the account is noted in the password reset email.
