    Word add-in (bundled with Zotero) is not present in your install for some reason. Try redownloading and reinstalling Zotero.

    @JasmineMurray: You're likely running Zotero from the disk image instead of dragging it to your Applications folder (which you can do right from the disk image window) and running it from there.

    The next version of Zotero will warn about this on startup.
