Problems with syncing and drag/drop to new groups

Hello,
I have started encountering problems with syncing to groups that I am the owner of when another member loads citations. This occurs when I press the green sync icon. It will run for a while like a sync is in progress, but then stop and the new citations will not be present (even though they are for the other group member). The ID is 533896539.

In addition, when I drag and drop a folder or single file from one group to another (both of which I am designated owner), it does not work and I don't receive any indication that it didn't work, until i check the folder and see there are no citations.

I would appreciate your help.

    The ID for the error w/ the drag and drop of one group folder to another is 5534063.

    Sorry for the delay. Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero, after restarting the program, for an operation that fails?
