Syncing Issue

I am having an issue with my zotero. It is not syncing with my online account. I have tried hitting the sync button and checked settings but when I click on my library online there's nothing there. I'm trying to get it put on another computer so I can work with my sources there, but I can't get the information to go from original laptop to the cloud space...

i was having the same issue. This was due to the new anti-virus app that I had installed. I had to make some adjustment in order for the sync to work again.
