Literature initially saved on Zotero desktop lost but available on zotero online

I have lost all the literature saved on zotero desktop but those literatue are saved on zotero online. Further clicked on the synchronize button but still it displays report errors. I have submitted report errors but no solution yet. Kindly provide a solution thank you.
