How do I delete underlined text in Microsoft Word?

When I quote "(Murray, Cerqueira, & Kahn, 2013)," the text is without et al. as I would like "(Murray et al., 2013)" and it is underlined.
What do I do?

(Note that this is a setting that you would've had to have disabled yourself, either by unchecking the option in the Zotero document preferences window or by accepting a prompt to turn it off if a refresh took over 15 seconds. Do you happen to recall which one was the case for you?)
