Missing Action Icon

I downloaded Zotero 5.0 for Windows and installed chrome connector. I do not see the Action Icon on the main page.

    The action menu is no longer necessary, as all of the options are available in the Menu bar (just above in the app window on Windows, at the top of the screen on Mac). Specifically, can can access Preferences in Edit on Windows and the “Zotero” menu on Mac.
