Unable to sync

I am currently unable to sync and have received the following error - "_libraryStorageVersion cannot decrease." This is a new issue and I have successfully synchronized in the past. The reporting ID number is 1141684166. Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

  • Is your Zotero data directory stored in the default location on your local disk, or is it in a cloud storage folder such as Dropbox or on a network share?

    Can you check your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences?
