Bibliography disappeared and won't come back

Hello, I have been updating citations and seeing those updates in my bibliography throughout writing my paper. However, now for some reason, my bibliography is gone after a refresh and I can't get it back. I am using Word on a Mac. Please let me know what I can do. Thanks.

Open Document Preferences in the Word Zotero tab and verify that the option for automatic updates is checked.

Hi. Having same problem-what if that option is indeed checked and the problem is still occurring?

@marynewsome: If you've inserted a bibliography and you no longer see it, something may have happened to the visible part of it. Toggle Word field codes, search for ZOTERO_BIBL, delete the field completely, toggle field codes back off, and then reinsert the bibliography where you want it.
