Group Library, owner letting subscription lapse

Hi,
If I am a part of a Group Library, but I am not the owner, and the owner of the Group Library does not renew their storage subscription, would I lose my access to those shared documents? Thanks!

    Assuming your have that library synced -- no. Zotero doesn't delete files on your local computer unless you tell it to. You would, though, no longer be able to access those files online on Zotero.org.

    To follow up on this, if the owner has left and there is no storage remaining, the sync function would not work, right? But would it give me an error message or just run until it freezes? Is there some way for me to find out how much storage the group library has, even if I'm not the owner?

    Sync would work. File sync would throw an error. No, I don't think you can check storage on an account you don't own, including for a group.
