Saving from IEEE Xplore does not include PDFs

Hello,

I would like to report that the saving of a IEEE Xplore's article using the Zotero button [i.e. "Save to Zotero (IEEE Xplore)"] does not include the PDF, and I need to manually download the PDF and drop it in Zotero.

Is there a way to fix this issue?

Computer details:
- OS: Windows 10 pro 1803

- Zotero: 5.0.54
