I payed with my credit card, but my storage was downgraded

Frankly, I do not know what has happened. I have two accounts petzi and peter.baumgartner (IDs: 4848 and 1520037). The first account (petzi / 4848) is my main account where I have paid for several years storage upgrade. My last payment was $ 20 on January 22nd, 2018.

But now I noticed that my storage is down to 300 MB and it seems that my accounts are merged to the one where I have not paid for an upgrade (I used it only for test and teaching purposes).

On the web, I can still see these two accounts with two different photos: https://www.zotero.org/petzi and https://www.zotero.org/peter.baumgartner. But when you click on whatever link you can see that these two accounts are merged. My previous E-Mail number for the petzi account (peter.baumgartner@donau-uni.ac.at) is not in use anymore. Both accounts show the same storage limit (300 MB) but in the petzi account, you can see other groups and followers.

Please give me an address where I can discuss what happened and where I can give you the details of my master card payment so that you can follow up was has happened.

  • You're logged in with your peter.baumgartner account, so that's the only storage settings you'll see. If you log out from the website and then log back in with your petzi account and go to your storage settings you should see what you expect.

    Sorry for my confusion. Whenever I called https://www.zotero.org/petzi I saw my petzi account. But when I tried from this page to see the storage setting I saw the other account as I was logged in with the other account. My problem was that I used similar real names and didn't notice the difference.
