EndNote Connection Function

I am using EndNote to do my research writing.
EndNote can connect a different library （e.g. Library Congress）to search materials which I want.
Is there any function provided in Zotero to do it？

    Zotero is set up differently than older reference managers like Endnote and so doesn't provide that functionality.
    Instead of searching a database through Endnote, you'd use their native catalog in your browser (i.e. https://catalog.loc.gov/ for the LoC) and then import into Zotero directly from there, using the browser connector.
