What happens when admin deletes local storage?

I am leaving an organization, and have Zotero libraries on a computer that will be deleted. Will that affect the cloud database?

    no. Only deletions made in Zotero (i.e. "Move item to trash") affects the synced database. Someone whiping your Zotero profile/data folder locally doesn't have any effect. Just make sure you're fully synced, ideally by setting up sync on a personal computer. In particular, also check files to be 100% sure.
