Zotero doesn't import references in one document and it doesn't sync on one device

Hi,

I have problems to import the references in one particular document. The problem probably occured when I started working on this document on another device and I added one reference to zotero (and document) that my (regularly used/first) device did not sync.

I removed the reference from the document, I deleted it from another device, I synced zotero on another device, but now it can't sync zotero on my first device and it importing references still doesn't work on my first device (which is the one I use/work on most of the time).

How can I fix this?
