Whenever I try to import search results from Web of Science into Zotero, I get an error report. This happens if I save the results, or try to directly import them using the Zotero Connector. I can successfully import single references but not large numbers (approximately anything over 5!).

I have tried exporting as all the file types but with no change. How can I import multiple references into Zotero?

    I have done further investigations on this. References from the Derwent Innovations Index in Web of Science are the problem. If any results from this index are removed, the resulting references import into Zotero without a problem.

    Is the Patent Number tag (PN) or the Patent Assignee tag (AE) causing a problem?
