Cite a single chapter from a whole book entry

Hello. I have a whole edited book added in my Zotero library, but I want to export citation for only a chapter of this. Is there any way to do it automatically in a word document?

You have to create a separate item (Book Section). See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/edited_volumes_and_book_chapters

Is there not another way? Do I really have do create "book section"? This means to copy all of the information from existing book to "book section" and honestly, it is time consuming. Why is it not possible to add book section to already existing book and add there only author(s) of selected chapter and not copy all of the book info again?
Or maybe it is possible, but i did not find way how to do it.

@ciznefil: Just right-click on the item, choose Duplicate Item, and change it to a Book Section. You don't have to re-enter all the information.

Just to update this old thread, there's now an even easier way: just right-click the Book item and select Create Book Section.
