attachments stopped syncing

Yesterday, I installed zotero standalone (5.0.53) on elementary os (loki 0.4.1). I use zotero storage, so I entered my username and password, and my library and folders populated. The attachments started to download, but at some point, they stopped. I'm not sure what happened or why the attachments stopped syncing, but now when I click the sync button, the arrow spins for 5 seconds and nothing happens, with no errors. I've gone through the steps on the 'Files not syncing' (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing) help page, but nothing helped.

My debug ID is D1320727200.

Can you provide a Debug ID for trying to open a file that's missing?

That file doesn't exist in your online library. As explained in the Files Not Syncing page, you'd then need to focus on the computer where the file exists, not this one.
