Upgrade StorageJuris M - Word Plugin Unresponsive When 'Automatically Update Citations' ticked
Hi there,
I've previously unticked 'Automatically Update Citations' because the size of my document is very large. Now, I've ticked it back to update all citations. But when I do that, the Word plugin becomes unresponsive (can't add citations, refresh, even open preference anymore). When I close and reopen Word, then the 'Automatically Update Citations' is unticked... How do I fix that?

bwiernikWhat you are likely seeing is that when you tick Automatically Update Citations, Juris-M does a Refresh of your document. If your document is very long, this can take some time (which is why you disabled automatic updates in the mean time). If you let it run for a while, it should complete the refresh and be responsive again. Though I’d recommend leaving automatic updates disabled and just clicking the Refresh button when you want to update.
