Upgrade StorageHow to transfer Zotero data(all my papers/citations etc) from windows to my mac, without sync option

I have not installed firefox plugins, and I have Safari and Chrome plug ins for my mac. I want to transfer a whole library from windows Zotero (which is my supervisors), to my mac book zotero, which i just installed. I also have word plug ins.
I dont want to use the sync option, because that requires the use of internet (if im not wrong), and I would be out of any internet access for the next 3 weeks.
Not sure if I need to provide any more info, but could anybody help me out with this please?
