Is there any way to change background color of library panel?

Is there any way to change background color of library panel or middle panel, for example white(current) into yellow?
If it can be done by changing [config editor], please let me know it.

I use two profiles and am searching for the way to make them look different.
For this purpose, do you have any tips?

My OS is windows 7.
