Error report takes a long time to submit

I am trying to submit an error report to BBT, but the process is taking a long time.

Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this?
  • BBT issues should be reported to the BBT developer on GitHub.
  • Zotero throws a 'no network connection' error, but I can still do syncing. I know this because sync tells me that a certain group library:

    ... has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

    The group owner can increase the group's storage capacity from the storage settings section on

  • These two are separate issues.
  • I'm still trying to figure out why in this case it's so slow. I haven't been able to replicate it on my end; I'm trying to use Zotero.HTTP.request instead, but I could use some help over at!topic/zotero-dev/JDFQjc9pP8w
