Which citation style for footnotes is the simple two-item "Author-abbreviated title"

I need to format my footnotes in a very brief "Author, Abbreviated Title, page" form, and include a bibliography at the end. Which style does this? It is always my nemesis to figure out specific citation forms and perhaps I'm missing some obvious way to see some or many of the various styles at once? Many thanks!
