AND/OR toggle in tag selector pane

I love the click-on/click-off functionality of the tag selector pane. It would be neat if one could toggle the boolean behavior of clicking multiple tags, maybe as a radio button or checkbox next to the "display all tags" box.

There's a ticket for this, though I don't know when it will happen.
